Realtor® Membership
This application is for those seeking to join The Greater Greenville Association of Realtors®.
Agents must join where their broker-in- charge is affiliated. Please check with your broker to confirm your choices for board membership.
MLS Membership
This application is for those seeking MLS of Greenville access.
The Multiple Listing Service of Greenville requires that you hold an active membership with the National Association of Realtors®, a State Association of Realtors® and a Local Association of Realtors®.
Company MLS Membership
This application is for companies seeking to join the MLS of Greenville.
If you do not have an existing Realtor® membership you will also need to complete the Realtor® Membership application. .
Secondary Realtor® Membership
This application is for those seeking to join The Greater Greenville Association of Realtors® that already have an existing board membership.
As a member of your local Association, you also hold memberships at the state and national levels with the South Carolina Realtors® (SCR) and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). This three-way agreement provides you with a wide variety of member benefits that support the work you do each day.
REALTOR® Membership Requirements
As a Realtor® member, you are required to complete two types of training every three years–Code of Ethics training and Fair Housing training. This requirement is only for Realtor® members and is in addition to your state licensing requirements and additional education required by The Greater Greenville Association of Realtors®. Realtors® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of Realtors®. Training may be completed through NAR’s online courses or through another method, such as online or classroom courses via local/state associations.
