Big news for real estate professionals in the Upstate!

With the transition of Wyatt Institute away from licensing classes, many have been wondering what’s next. We’re excited to announce that GGAR is stepping up to fill that gap!

GGAR will now offer pre-licensing, advanced licensing, and broker licensing courses, in partnership with Pinnacle Real Estate Academy. Even better? These in-person classes will be held right here at GGAR, making it easier than ever to start or grow your real estate career.

Our first Pre-licensing class will be held June 15-25. Classes are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
