The New Agent Network is a group that is supported by the NAR (National Association of Realtors). The group provides networking, education and volunteer opportunities. NAN helps members develop business skills, learn peer to peer and become more involved in the real estate industry and in their local community. NAN provides various events throughout the year for members to get involved. The Community Impact & Inclusion committee bring together Realtors® who believe in strengthening our neighborhoods through service and by celebrating the unique backgrounds of the people who live here. By combining our efforts, we can build connections that both meet real needs and reflect the diversity of the communities we serve. If you want to give back, grow alongside others, and help create a more inclusive Upstate, this is the place to plug in.
The Commercial Steering Committee for the Commercial Alliance of Realtors consists of a group of commercial REALTORS® to confer on commercial real estate related issues and to provide related networking and educational opportunities. There are 4 quarterly Commercial Property Shares per year.Â
The GGAR RPAC/Legislative Committee exists to advocate for legislative and economic initiatives that promote and protect the rights of property owners and endorse smart growth in Greenville, Laurens, and Pickens Counties. We encourage giving to RPAC and formulate plans to increase RPAC giving within GGAR's membership as a non-partisan group. Committee members are also expected to participate in any Calls for Action, attend council meetings or other public meetings, and other such meetings when participation is needed.
